The Tier A feature allows you to work only with people who have proven their success on our platform. We have a mechanism called Quality Scoring implemented on our site that tracks the success of a creative - how many high rankings are they getting on their name entries in other contests with our other clients, how many contests are they winning, and several other factors that go into this.

However, we can definitely remove the Tier A feature from your project and allow you to work with the entire pool of creatives. You will just need to contact the customer service team via the blue button on the right corner of any of our pages and they should be able to remove that feature to expand your ability to work with more people within the community.
