Tier A contests are also called "Invitation Only Contests" and they are only open to our top Tier A creatives. Only those creatives who have previously won contests or demonstrated a consistent pattern of high quality score are able to participate in these contests. 

This option allows a contest holder to receive submissions only from those creatives who have a proven track record of submitting high quality entries in the past.
