If you no longer wish to use your Atom account, you have two options:
We can de-activate your account so you no longer have access to the platform.
We can permanently delete your account.
Note: If you have participated in your contests, or made any purchases from our platform, we would need to store your submissions or purchase history for Audit and compliance reasons. However in this situation, we can still deactivate your account.
Simply send an email to service@atom.com from your registered atom.com account email you would like to delete. Please contact us via Chat with questions and we will be happy to assist you.
