When a winner is selected for a Logo contest, a process is set in place to protect the intellectual property of our Creatives and to ensure the successful exchange of files to our Contest Holders. 

When a CH selects a winner for a Logo contest, the contest status will change to "Handover". At this point an email will be sent to the creative to upload the deliverables, however, no funds will be deposited to the winner's account yet. 

When the Creative uploads the files to the Deliverables tab on the contest page, the CH will receive an email asking them to review and approve the files. Once the CH clicks on the "Approve" button on the deliverables tab, the winner will automatically receive the contest award amount.
