How to change Domain Contact information

Q: I need to change my Domain's contact email. How do I do that?

Step 1: Update Contact Information from "Contact Profiles"

  1. Login to your Atom Account

  2. Go to "Domain Registrar" > "Default Preferences"
    ​[direct link]

  3. Click "Contact Profiles"

  4. Mouse over the Contact Profile you wish to update. Click Edit icon.

  5. Update the contact information. Click Save at the bottom.

    Step 2: Verify new information

  6. *** IMPORTANT ***

    1. If you changed Contact Name, Email or Organization, you MUST verify this by clicking verification link went to your current email or updated email.

    2. Please check your updated email or current email and look for email subject: "Action Required: Verify domain contact update"

  7. Click "Verify Now" button

    Step 3: Confirm changed Domain Contact

    8. Go back to "Domain Registrar" > "Domain Manager" [direct link]

    9. Click the checkbox next to the domain.

    10. Click "Domain Contact"

    11. Confirm updated Domain Contact Info.
