Although our goal is for Contest Holders to pick winners for their contests, sometimes things do not go as expected. If a winner is not selected by the contest holder, we follow our Award Distribution process to distribute the contest awards to those creatives who received the highest ratings in that contest. This award distribution event occurs twice a month (typically on the 15th and 1st of each month) and is fondly known as the "Cha-Ching" event because at the end of the event, the award recipients are notified via an email titled "Cha-Ching".
