Atom.com's Cloud Broker program offers Domain Sellers a unique opportunity to harness the power of over 300K+ Atom Creatives and Affiliate Partners for enhanced outbound marketing.
Which Domains Are Eligible?
Premium Listings
Standard Listings (with Exposure Upgrade option)
None of the listings on Atom.com are automatically included in this program. Seller's must explicitly opt-in to this program if they wish to include their domains in this program. Sellers also have the option to exclude certain domains from this program.
How Are Commissions Handled?
When a buyer purchases a domain within 30 days of clicking a Cloud Broker's checkout link, Atom will pay the Cloud Broker 20% of the commission from Atom.com's share. Sellers incur no additional fees or commissions.
Examples:
Premium Listing sale for $100,000 with 15% Atom Commission: Cloud Broker earns $3,000 (20% of $15,000).
Premium Listing sale for $3,000 with 30% Atom Commission: Cloud Broker earns $180 (20% of $900).
How Does It Work For Domain Sellers?
Navigate to your Marketplace Settings page and select the manual settings option
Go to Promotion and Selling Tools tab and scroll down to Cloud Broker section
Activate the Cloud Broker option.
(Optional) You can also activate a buyer discount of up to 10%. This will allow Cloud Brokers to offer this discount on your domains to create an additional incentive for buyers to move forward with the purchase. This will provide better tracking for your Cloud Broker and encourage more Cloud Broker activity on your domains.
(Optional) Exclude any domains that you do not wish to include in the Cloud Broker Program. For example, if you prefer to exclude certain domains from outbounding due to Trademark concerns or any other reason, you can add those domains in this section.
How Does It Work For Cloud Brokers?
Submit your application to become a Cloud Broker by clicking this link.
Once approved, visit the Cloud Broker page under the Affiliate Menu or directly via this link
Search and Select Domains for outbounding. Use filters such as TLD taken, keywords, and seller-approved discounts to find domains.
Once you have found the domain(s) that you would like to promote, click on the domain and then generate your own personalized Checkout Link for that domain
You can share these links on social media or directly with potential buyers.
Atom stores a 30-day cookie for tracking purposes to ensure the sale is credited to the correct Cloud Broker.
After a link is created, you can access it through you AtomPay dashboard here.
Important Terms For Domain Sellers
This is an "Opt-in" based program. Sellers need to explicitly opt-in to make their domains eligible for the Cloud Broker program.
You can opt-out at any time, however there can be 12-24 hours delay in getting the domains removed from the cloud broker search page.
You can not promote your own domains via Cloud Broker program. Instead, use Checkout links (via AtomPay) feature to pay reduced commissions if you are negotiating with buyers directly.
Your account must be in Good Standing for the domains to be eligible for Cloud Broker program
Any outbounding activity carries a higher risk of potential Trademark/UDRP issues. If you're concerned about such risks for your domains, you can exclude them from the Cloud Broker program. This program is best suited for domains without existing trademarks, which represents a large percentage of domains in our Brandable Marketplace.
