Sellers on Atom.com can now list their domains in Auctions, starting with our Liquidation Auction Format, which supports a unique combination of Forward and Reverse Auctions.

In the near future, sellers will also have the option to submit higher-value domains to our Public or Themed Auction Events.

Eligible Domains for Atom Auctions

You can submit both Premium and Standard Listings to Domain Auctions. If your domain is not yet listed on Atom.com, add it as a Standard Listing first. Once it’s added, you’ll be able to submit it to auctions.

How to Submit Your Domains to Atom Auctions

  1. Navigate to Your Listings
Go to either the Standard Listings or Premium Listings section of your dashboard.

  2. Select “Sell in Auctions”
Click the "Actions" dropdown next to the domain name you want to auction, then select "Sell In Auctions."

  3. Set the Starting Bid and Confirm
A confirmation popup will appear, allowing you to set a minimum starting bid (between $10 and $50). Once you confirm, your auction will go live at 1 pm CT.

Important Auction Details

  • Auction Format: Auctions begin in a Forward + Reverse Auction Format.

  • Reverse Auction Transition: If no bids are placed by the end of the Forward Auction, it will automatically switch to a Reverse Auction, starting at $50. The price will then decrease by $10 each day until the domain is purchased or reaches $10.

By listing your domains in Auctions, you agree to abide by our Auction Terms.
