You can even use this feature for domains currently not on Atom.com platform.
How Does It Work?
Go to Transactions -> AtomPay from the left menu
2. Under the Generate Checkout Link option, click Generate Link
3. Provide the domain name along with selling price. You can also select whether this link is for a BIN price purchase or a payment plan. In case of Payment plan, you can choose the Max Payment plan term as well as down payment (optional). You can also choose an expiration date to create urgency for the buyer.
4. If the domain is currently not in our system, it will be automatically added under your account. You may need to verify the ownership by adding a TXT record. However if you have a trusted seller account, you will be able to bypass any ownership verification requirements.
5. All Generated links will be visible on your AtomPay page. You can also see how many times was the link opened or clicked (and at what time)
6. When the buyer visits the payment page, they will also see the expiration date (to generate a sense of urgency)
How are commissions handled?
You only pay 4.5% commission for any Standard Listings or external domains. The same commission applies for payment plan as well. However please note that for any extended payment plans (12 months or longer), a monthly surcharge is collected from the buyer. The surcharge is split between Seller and Atom as per our standard Payment Plan Terms (65% to Seller, 35% to Atom)
For Premium Listings, you pay a reduced commission of 15% for any sales via Checkout Links
