Seller preferences are indicators that a domain seller can set across their portfolio. You can override these preferences on any individual domain you have, but you can also set these preferences on a bulk of your domains as well.

Here is a list of preferences you'll find within your premium account:

Under your left navigation, click on Premium Listings/Seller Preferences.

Negotiation Preferences

These options have to do with our 24/7 Chat Team. Your White Label Marketplace comes with a 24x7 chat function that allows almost immediate connection with our Customer Service team anytime for your visitors and potential buyers.

You can select the options to negotiate yourself with buyers, have SH negotiate on your behalf with a pre-set discount limit, or have SH negotiate on your behalf and determine the discount rate.

Each option offers benefits, but we see the faster you can get back and initiate the negotiation process, the quicker we can close domain sales.

Adding discounts to your domains is a great way to catch the attention of any potential buyer. With Discounts on Auto Pilot, our algorithm will list a bulk of your domains at a discount so you don't have to add one to your domains individually.

When you initiate the discounts on auto pilot, these discounted domains have their own display section. Additionally, previously interested buyers will be notified that particular domains are listed at a discount.

This option offers a limited time discount to potential buyers who are about to leave your domain's landing page. This typical discount amount is between $100-200.

This feature is a great way to increase your domain's visibility by enabling Creatives to submit your domains to hundreds of naming contests. You have the ability to submit domains yourself, or allow other Creatives to do so on your behalf.

You have the ability to submit domains with or without coins. You account will automatically start with the standard preference of using coins to submit your domains.

Coins are a great option that offer lower selling commissions, faster review times, no submission limits, and partially waive the exclusivity requirement for some of your listings and list those names in Afternic.

If you have a preexisting domain portfolio you would like to upload to Squadhelp without using coins, simply contact our 24/7 Chat Support Team and see if you're eligible for that offering.

These preferences will be for domains that have been registered by Squadhelp on your behalf.

Finally, we have our cloud brokerage feature which allows authorized Cloud brokers to submit proposals directly to you and how they plan on promoting your domains.
